Dr. Nayasha Madhan is a board certified and fellowship trained glaucoma specialist with a focus in medical, laser, minimally invasive, and incisional glaucoma surgery. She also specializes in the surgical management of cataracts.
Dr. Madhan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Drake University and went on to complete her medical training at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine. She proceeded to move to Ohio, where she completed her ophthalmology residency at The Ohio State Wexner Medical Center. During her training, she became a member of the Order of Omega and Gold Humanism Honors societies, as well as the recipient of numerous awards for her active role in residency education and research. After she completed her residency, Dr. Madhan moved to the East Coast to complete her surgical glaucoma fellowship at Tufts Medical Center and Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston. After a year in Boston, Dr. Madhan decided to stay out East and joined Lexington Eye Associates in September 2024.
Dr. Madhan is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American Glaucoma Society. She is currently seeing patients in the Concord and Dedham offices.
